Getting Excited for 2009!

Well, we are starting to plan for the 2009 Farrell Family Reunion! We had so much fun last August and can't wait to see everyone all together again (and hopefully get those who couldn't come in 2008 to join us). We have so many ideas and plans -- it is going to be hard to wait another few months!

So, this is where we are at...

We have made a "group reservation" at El Capitan Canyon. We have reserved Cabin 149 (the cabin that Ralf and Nita stayed in), 6 other cabins, and 11 Safari Tents. These should all be fairly close to each other, surrounding the grassy area with the "beach" volleyball court. Each family should let us know as soon as possible how many cabins/tents they will want. Then, you have until May 11, 2009 to call El Capitan and place a deposit on your own cabins/tents (this is a two-night deposit that will be non-refundable as of May 12, 2009). We will lose any cabins/tents that are not reserved by May 11, 2009.

Dates of 2009 Reunion: Wednesday, August 12 - Sunday, August 16
Pricing: Safari Tents -- $145/night + tax; Cabins -- $225/night + tax
